2024 Impact

Licking County Aging Partners’ 2024 Annual Report highlights another impactful year of serving older adults across all 23 zip codes in our county. With more than 270,000 meals delivered, over 23,000 hours of in-home care, and thousands of transportation trips, activities, and friendly visits, we continued our 53-year mission to help seniors live independently and stay connected. Supported by the passage of the Senior Service Levy, our dedicated team of over 100 employees provided compassionate, innovative services that make Licking County a place where older adults can thrive at every age.

Strategic Plan

In 2025, LCAP completed a strategic plan that helped us identify 4 main goals and priorities for our leadership and staff to focus on for the next 3-5 years. Our organization provides many services to the community, and the needs of older adults continue to grow each year. We cannot meet every need and want of every 60+ individual. We needed to create a focus for our agency. We feel our mission is to keep people healthy and independent in their homes, and to do that, we want to prioritize serving critical needs. We encourage you to review our strategic plan!

Financial Transparency

In alignment with nonprofit best practices, LCAP publicly shares our financial filings to demonstrate responsible stewardship of the public trust and donor support. Below you will find our most recent IRS Form 990 filings and independent audit reports.

As a not-for-profit 501(c)3 organization, LCAP receives federal and state dollars through the Older Americans Act to help fund services. These monies are matched and supplemented by local tax dollars and grants, contracts, and contributions from clients to help continue serving every Licking County resident, regardless of their ability to pay. If you are interested in the regional and state plans that help guide the strategy of these funds, we have listed them here for your convenience:

State Plan on Aging

Ohio’s 2023-2026 State Plan on Aging is guided by information gathered through a multi-phased needs assessment process and the local priorities established by Ohio’s 12 Area Agencies on Aging (AAAs). This plan is influenced by the five federal priorities established by the Administration on Community Living (ACL). Each priority area includes vital guiding principles of elder justice and equity.
