Eating Healthy in Your Silver Years
Eating a well-balanced diet is an important part of staying healthy is important at any age, but especially as you age! Eating healthy can help maintain a healthy weight; get needed nutrients and help you stay energized! Join Shari Gallup, from Ohio State University Extension, for an exciting talk on eating healthy to stay young! She will discuss food and aging, a healthy body, cooking for one or two, and much more!

Mental Health First Aid for Older Adults
This in-person course teaches how to identify, understand, and respond to signs of mental illness and substance use disorders in older adults. Gain the skills to provide initial help and support during a crisis or when an older adult may develop a mental health issue. A lunch break is provided and RSVP is required.
