Center for Visual Improvement
Our vision services are offered to anyone of any age in our community and consist of two basic programs. The Basic Eye Care program offers professional eye examinations, including treatment plan, prescription glasses, and follow-up services, to individuals and families whose combined income is within 150% of the poverty level.
The Low Vision Aid Program has no financial eligibility requirements and is offered to those whose prescription glasses are not enough to help them see their best. Low vision aids include but are not limited to magnification devices, “talking” equipment, tactile aids, enlarged print publications, and many other assistive technology options.
