The Nutrition Department delivers 1,000 meals a day along with 1,000 smiles. If you would like a complete meal featuring delicious homemade meat loaf, old-fashioned soup beans and ham with cornbread, country fried steak and gravy along with bountiful and healthy side dishes and desserts delivered around the noon hour to your front door, call LCAP Nutrition. We will send a case manager who will do an eligibility assessment that does not take a lot of time, but is required.

Meal reservations or cancellations must be made by 4 PM. the day prior (Friday for the following Monday, for example). You must be 60 or older. There is no charge for a meal, however donations are welcome. The suggested donation is $3. No one is denied a meal due to inability to make a donation.

Our menus are subject to change. Bread and butter are served daily.

LCAP provides shelf stable meals that require no refrigeration to eat on cancellation days.

Licking County Aging Partners is delighted to provide our “Meals on Wheels” to our seniors. It is our oldest service, dating back to 1972 at the old Plymouth Church in downtown Newark when cold lunches were provided one day a week for pick up. Since then we have grown to provide 1,000 meals daily from our spacious kitchen located at Heritage Hall Senior Center.
