    • July 8, 2014 – Mah Jong Begins

      Many seniors have called about starting a Maj Jong Club and your wish is our desire! It is a game of Chinese origin, played by four persons with tiles resembling dominoes with various designs. It is gaining in popularity at many senior centers. This club is open to both the beginner and more experienced players. The first game will be played 1:30 to 4 p.m. Tuesday, July 8th and we plan to have it every week. Call CAP Activities at 345-0821 or 1-800-452-0097 for more information and we will sign you up. The teacher of this game has four years of experience.

    • July 18, 2014 – Elite 90's Honors

      It is time to honor those who have reached the golden threshold of 90 or older at LCAP''s Elite 90's Luncheon. It starts at 11 a.m. Friday, July 18 in the Banquet Rooms with singer and keyboard artist Phyllis E. Laine entertaining followed by a delicious lunch. Reservations due by Friday, July 11.     • July 25, 2014 – Dan Yingling Classic Country Show

      Dan Yingling is returning to Heritage Hall Senior Center to perform another of his popular shows. This time it is Country Classics. The time is 2 to 3:30 p.m. Friday, July 25. Reservations are needed by Monday, July 21. Call LCAP Activities at 345-0821 or 1-800-452-0097.

    • July 25, 2014 – LCAP Cruise-In

      The first-ever LCAP Cruise-in takes place Friday, July 25 from 6 to 9 p.m. on the grounds. There will be a live DJ, music, food, drinks, a 50-50, door prize and much more. This will be a fundraiser for LCAP to benefit senior services. Jim Matheny is organizing the cruise-in. If you would like to participate, call Jim at 522-6635. This is an event for the entire family.
